Teamworks is a sports technology platform, and Performance is one of its core product categories. As the lead designer for Performance, the role involves owning how the category shows up visually across the entire brand ecosystem. The work spans multiple campaigns and mediums, unified by a strategic repositioning effort that shifted Performance from operational tool to aspirational brand for forward-thinking practitioners.

The Strategic Foundation

The Performance category was perceived as operational. Functional, but not aspirational. To change that, we built a repositioning brief around a new audience (the performance innovator), a new positioning ("For those reimagining high performance"), and a visual system grounded in three pillars: Environmental, Human, and Tech. Together, these pillars gave the brand a flexible system for showing up with intention across every medium.

Digital Work

The repositioned direction needed to show up where the audience actually lives. These social and digital assets were designed to bring the Performance identity to life across platforms, centering real practitioners and pairing the Human and Environmental visual pillars with the brand's new voice.

Printed Collateral

To support the Performance sales team in the field, I designed printed collateral that distills complex product offerings into clear, scannable formats built for in-person conversations at conferences and events.

Video Collateral

To support digital promotions and product marketing across sales decks, landing pages, newsletters, and blog content, I developed a series of animations for the Performance category. A storyboard is included to show the process behind one of the pieces.

Results

In the first half of 2025, creative I developed for Teamworks Performance social channels contributed to a 692% increase in video views, 155K+ impressions, 261% growth in engagements, and over 900 new followers compared to the prior six-month period.
