Teamworks Human Performance Summit ’26 was a flagship company event designed to unite performance leaders across professional and elite sports around the future of team culture, collaboration, and athlete development. I developed the creative direction and event experience system, creating a bespoke visual identity that extended the Teamworks brand while making the Denver-based summit feel ownable, memorable, and distinct.

Art Direction
With the summit taking place in Denver, I explored the Rocky Mountains as a visual foundation for the event identity. By combining a familiar performance trend line with the silhouette of a mountain ridgeline, the concept connected data-driven progress with the physical landscape of the location. The visual metaphor represented growth, momentum, and the unpredictable peaks and valleys of performance while creating a flexible event motif that could evolve beyond a single year. This direction was further validated through an on-site scouting trip, where I analyzed the venue, mapped guest flow, identified key brand touchpoints, and gathered measurements to create more intentional environmental concepts based on the actual attendee experience.

Promotional Collateral
Leading up to the summit, I developed a suite of promotional assets designed to build awareness, drive RSVPs, and create momentum around the event. This included the RSVP email journey, social media graphics, and speaker announcements that highlighted key contributors and reinforced the value of attending.

Email Sequence
The RSVP campaign consisted of three emails strategically staggered across the six months leading up to the event. To bring the mountain trend line concept into the communication system, each email expanded the data visualization further across the landscape, visually representing the progression toward the summit and building anticipation as the event approached.

Social Graphics
Social assets were designed to create a word-of-mouth approach to event promotion by giving attendees and speakers branded content to share across their personal LinkedIn networks. Speaker announcements also helped build credibility, spark conversations, and create a sense of FOMO around the insights and industry leaders attendees would experience at the summit.

Event Experience
To bring the identity into the physical environment, I designed a complete suite of on-site materials including stage graphics, elevator signage, attendee badges, stickers, agenda cards, and presentation templates. Each touchpoint reinforced the mountain performance motif while creating a cohesive experience from arrival through the event itself.
